Pinsa is a unique product, combining a mix of 4 different flours, all non-GMO, to improve hydration and digestibility, while keeping it light and crunchy.
Pinsas have a high water ratio and a long fermentation process, 72 hours, giving it an improved digestibility making it a healthier alternative to traditional pizza doughs.
